As my maternity leave is coming to an end in March, I couldn’t stand the thought of going back to work full time, working morning through to night 6 days a week, and missing watching my little boy grow up, or miss making memories with my family. I wanted a way to work from home so that I could be present for my little family but also be able to build us an exciting future exploring the world together, and couldn’t think of a better time to start my travel career. I will be managing this business part time, whilst going back to work as a domiciliary care worker 2 days a week, looking after my family, having 2 attention obsessed dogs to look after, whilst still being able to live my life to the absolute fullest. Travel has always been a passion of mine, but not something I was able to afford to do more than once every couple of years (if I was lucky). I was brought up in a big family, so as you can imagine, family holidays were incredibly expensive, so for us holidays wasn’t something that could be afforded often, but I would love for my little boy to see the world. With this amazing opportunity, the world is my oyster and I am able to Make Travel Pay, which is like a dream come true for me.
