Hi, I’m Becca, and I’m so excited to share my journey with you since joining Making Travel Pay — a decision inspired by Hayley’s incredible story. In 2020, I became a single mum to my amazing son, B. Life brought some incredibly tough challenges, including a long and costly court battle that left us homeless. During that time, I struggled with anxiety and stress, was signed off work, and was eventually made redundant. But I was determined to rebuild. I created a fresh start for us and found a role I love as a Facilities Administrator. Still, I knew I wanted more — more freedom, more flexibility, and more time with my son. Travel has always been a huge part of my life. After studying it in college and exploring different countries, I knew I wanted to build a life that allowed me to create meaningful experiences and share those with my son. Through my travel business, that vision is becoming a reality. I’ve been able to reduce my working hours, giving me more time to focus on growing my business while being present for the everyday moments that matter most. Now in 2026, my focus is on continuing to build a secure, flexible future for us — and helping others do the same. I’m especially passionate about supporting working parents and single parents who want more from life but aren’t sure where to start. I’m here to show you that it’s possible to create more time, more freedom, and more opportunities.
